Hellow fellow worldenators, We have some news and important updates to discuss about Hellow World that we want to share with you.

We’ve been very inconsistently developing and expanding Hellow World for more than a year, and it is getting more and more difficult by the day. Because of this, and the fact that we want to have a potential future steam release, we’ve marked Hellow World as canceled on GameJolt, Itch.io, and the Hellow Media Website.

Why Are We Making This Change?
As you already know, we’re rewriting Hellow World using a different game engine. This change will allow us to do almost anything with the game, the biggest improvement being performance. With the new engine, performance will be much better, possibly even allowing people who haven’t been able to play in the past to do so when the time comes for release.

What’s Next for Hellow World?
What about the in-development a0.5.0 update? We’re planning to release the last update for Hellow World on Steam for a low price (<$10USD). This will help us fund continued development, freelancers for music, programming help, and more, though will only happen if we can incorporate. We believe this is the right move to ensure that we can continue sustainably developing the Godot remake of Hellow World.

When Can You Expect the New Version?
We’re working hard to bring the latest update for Hellow World to Steam as soon as we can. Rest assured, we are focused on delivering a polished, high-quality experience that will make the wait worth it.
